It seems a shame that a tour which was 12 hours long, nearly all of which was spent on the Coach travelling, coupled with the cost of the tour that the air conditioning was not working. The Guide told us this is not the first time it has not been working - Shame!!”

We got caught in Auckland traffic, and as it took twice as long to get there as the gps had said we were to miss the bus leaving time by 10 min. I called the company and they would not hold the bus, and also would not even consider a refund for our incredibly expensive day. So asking what our options where, we discovered we could drive our own car 2 hours to the glow worm caves, meet the tour there, and after drive an hour to Hobbiton, and then 2 hours back.…”
