We got caught in Auckland traffic, and as it took twice as long to get there as the gps had said we were to miss the bus leaving time by 10 min. I called the company and they would not hold the bus, and also would not even consider a refund for our incredibly expensive day. So asking what our options where, we discovered we could drive our own car 2 hours to the glow worm caves, meet the tour there, and after drive an hour to Hobbiton, and then 2 hours back.…”
